Please tell us a little bit about your company – what is Kaleidoscope Enterprises all about?
We’re a transformation firm offering the ultimate marriage of spirituality and multimillion dollar business strategy to help successful business leaders achieve their birthright of brilliance, legacy and financial freedom. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies & $MM CEO’s to solopreneurs and creatives. We provide 1:1 client services, small group programs and media products such as; online courses, books and oracle decks all based on our signature process.
Since I’ve been shifting paradigms my entire life, I created my revolutionary True KLT Process ™ that literally turns the traditional KLT factor inside out. Instead of customers needing to know, like and trust you, YOU need to know, like and trust yourself to be satisfyingly rich and powerful. When you do, you stop second guessing yourself and start making strong decisions; you stop ineffectively delegating to others and start becoming a great leader and you stop distrusting your value and start increasing your top and bottom lines.
Tell us a little bit about your background and how you started your company?
Being a Spiritual Leader and Transformation Expert isn’t a typical combination. My corporate career was catapulting into the stratosphere when my son was born with significant issues. When the doctors said he wouldn’t be able to walk up the stairs naturally, throw and catch a ball or have a normal social life – I said absolutely not. I dove deeply into healing and found the blending of eastern practices with western modalities brought the best results. I also realized how powerful my intuitive gifts were, but had been too busy checking off all of the boxes for my next promotion, so I had forgotten about them. The combination of east meets west plus my intuitive powers changed everything. So much so, I now bring my intuitive powers into my business strategy work.
The best part? My son, a sophomore in college, is an excellent athlete, has a great sense of humor and has too many friends to count. If you think this result is atypical, think again. These are the kind of results I get for my clients – every day.
What are your plans, how do you plan to grow this company?
In addition to generating transformational results for clients through our programs, we are embarking on a significant media push. Generating mass media appeal for the True KLT Process™ though an archetypal assessment method and publishing a book pushes our signature approach onto the public forum. Creating a book about how True KLT™ helps you in love and money increases the interest. Additionally, speaking at TEDx events, as well as promotion on bigger media forums extends the reach.
Since strategy and leadership are our specialties, we’re currently expanding our team. We’re also building an online institute.
What were the top mistakes you made starting your business and what did you learn from them?
In difficult times, companies often forget who they are and jump onto other’s methods of success. This dilutes their brand and message and confuses the marketplace. It also reeks of falseness that turns off customers. I fell prey to that when I shifted from brick-and-mortar to the online marketplace. I didn’t appreciate the necessity of conveying authenticity through personal story and intimately engaging conversation. My networking and sales skills weren’t translating in the online marketplace, so prospects didn’t positively respond. Due to this, I shifted my approach to the typical tripwire, funnel process. What a mistake! I had one summer of fast fails and realized a radical change was necessary. Thankfully, I engaged a social media mentor and brought everything around in a few months.
How do you separate yourself from your competitors?
Many in our field speak to the importance of mindset, yet few delve into the intuitive magic to enhance purpose, power and prosperity. Getting to the roots through our signature True KLT Process™ creates lasting transformation and provides positive life-altering results. Also, 25+ years of business savvy and intuitive expertise gives clients a depth and range many others can’t offer.
What is one thing that you do daily to grow as an entrepreneur?
Being in tune with my intuition and following it. As the leader of my company, it’s my job to guide the entire enterprise through any and every difficulty. By trusting my instincts, I have more solid footing to successfully navigate any turbulence, make necessary changes and successfully inspire my team toward our visionary prospects.
What are three books or courses you recommend for new entrepreneurs?
- Blink by Malcom Gladwell
- Start with Why by Simon Sinek
- Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker
If you only had $100 dollars to start a new business, knowing everything you know now, how would you spend it?
Spend the $100 on the 3 books I listed above or on an oracle reading, personality assessment or healing session. The $100 isn’t going to make any significant impact on creating a foundation for your business, but it can prop you up by opening your heart or mind to motivate you to stick with it when the going gets tough. And it will and that’s okay. Every entrepreneur goes through ups and downs, especially in the first year. Use your $100 to motivate, soothe or otherwise make you feel more in tune with your unique gifts. You are here to make an impact, so go for it!
