What is The Holistic Movement all about?

The Holistic Movement is a movement that has been created to ignite human beings to re-connect to their body and mind to surpass present and future challenges by offering: Holistic education, Holistic Body training, Holistic mind training, Healing, and holistic living practices that connect one to themselves and nature. This movement focuses on training and connecting the public in all 5 disciplines in order to live a happy and healthy life while empowering their dreams, vision, and lives.

Tell us a little bit about your background and how you started your company?

I studied in USA and Europe and have multiple degrees in: alternative medicine fields, energy healing, aromatherapy, personal training, meditation, Pilates, yoga, sports, fitness, sound therapy, rehabilitative sport, B.A in Business Administration and MBA coursework and more. I started my first job at the age 17 at a local gym in Virginia, and later on pursued my studies in various body, mind, healing, and alternative medicine fields for approximately 15 years.

Due to my vast expertise in body and personal training, I originally focused primarily on only training the body with VIP’S and Celebrities as a luxury sport trainer implementing a luxury training system to get in phenomenal shape quickly. I was paid to get client to look in top shape in as little as a few hours. In 2016 I  went public after the launch of the world’s first Holistic DVD In Light Of Change.

Since then until today I have focused on spreading and expanding the power of my work thru the Holistic Movement thru speaking events, live sport events, educational workshops, tv and press, and training the public in various fields such as corporations, schools, embassies, resorts and spas and more.

What would you say are the top 3 skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur, and why?

The top 3 skills required to be a successful entrepreneur are to: believe and trust yourself, vision, and remove fear. One of the reasons why so many amazing people do not grow or make it to the top is because they may be afraid or think too much about what others may say or react to, lack vision, or do not truly believe in themselves and what they are doing.

In every circumstance, one must be able to stay connected to their vision, beliefs and trust themself as they work hard to build their empire.

What are your plans for the future, how do you plan to grow this company?

Over the next decade, I plan to educate and recruit holistic trainers in the Holistic methodology disciplines. To launch local and international holistic centers to empower all people especially the youth, and expand my services internationally, write more books, and light the candle for more people worldwide to truly understand the beauty and power of each individual’s body and mind.

“Life is truly amazing, you only need to re-affirm it”

– Julie Rammal

What were the top three mistakes you made starting your business, and what did you learn from them?

I trusted the wrong people in business, lost a lot of money, and invested in things that did not generate results. I learnt to do my own research, listen to other people’s advice, and to trust my intuition. In business, you must have a bulletproof vision, do not get distracted, work very hard, and stick to your best values and ethics.

Tell us a little bit about your marketing process, what has been the most successful form of marketing for you?

The most successful form of marketing for me before the digital era grew was to truly do what I love with love. As a result, people would just be naturally attracted and connect with me in the mall, supermarket, events, etc naturally.

I also have faith and a huge connection with the universe. I believe that everything will come at the right time, but persist and work hard to be the best you can be. In the current digital era, I do have social media and a website but focus more on doing public or free events for the community. I have helped so many people worldwide and the universe has been extremely kind and generous with me.

What have been your biggest challenges and how did you overcome them?

My biggest challenge was to make my dreams and vision come true, knowing this is what all people need today, however; the money for advertising, social media, etc…was not always there to keep a consistent growth in my business. The lack of money actually taught me to empower other skills for success such as connecting from within to manifest the external world. To expand your heart and love in your work, and do good for others and help when you can. In reality, everything is energy, and when we understand energy, the laws of the universe, and ourselves we can truly do anything when we believe in it.

What was your first business idea and what did you do with it?

I made my first car into an advertisement for home personal training with all kinds of colorful stickers saying “Get fit at home call…” I thought it might help me to clients when I drove around because I did not have the money to advertise. At that time I used to get paid $10/hour for home personal training sessions. I actually never got 1 call from this method but learnt to keep doing what I love and never give up. My success truly grew from my love and obsession with what I do. In the end, I kept the faith, worked hard, and obviously removed those car ads stickers.

What are you learning now? Why is that important?

Today, after studying and reading multiple books a day, my lessons and education come from connecting closer to nature, the universe, and working with plants, gardening, animals, etc. I still read many self-empowering books, however; I have practically studied almost every book in my field. Nature has become my best teacher.

Observing plants, life, animals teach us something we cannot learn in books. This is how our ancestors gained their phenomenal knowledge on everything. We must learn to improve our connection to nature, to listen, observe, and honor our nature as this is a powerful school of knowledge.

If you started your business again, what things would you do differently?

I would not change anything because every experience, hardship, failure made me who I am today. Success comes from learning quickly from one’s failures, never giving up, and finds a new solution. I am very grateful for all of the experiences I have experienced.

What are the top 3 online tools and resources you’re currently using to grow your company?

Today, I have Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and a website. Occasionally I boost my page, posts, or improve my SEO, however; I truly believe from experience the right person and client will naturally find you with or without an ad. I have an old saying that I always used for myself, “Keep walking, and those who will follow you will follow. Keep your vision, values, and beliefs.”

What’s a productivity tip you swear by?

Find your life purpose and focus on the vision. It is important to know what are your true gifts, passions, and purpose in order to have a direction and vision in life.

What helps you stay driven and motivated to keep going in your business?

I believe in myself and my work. My motivation comes from my love of my work and true passion.

If you only had $1000 dollars to start a new business, knowing everything you know now, how would you spend it?

If I had $1000 I would actually donate or use it to invest in the younger generation to do holistic sports and let them rise the Holistic Movement as they are the ones that will be facing the most challenges in body, mind, economy, pandemics, and world changes.

What is your favorite quote?

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Mahatma Gandhi

What valuable advice would you give new entrepreneurs starting out?
