I’m a seasoned software executive with over 15 years of experience in the tech sector. I’ve worked in various roles as a software engineer, product manager, and business development expert. I have a deep understanding of how technology may be used to solve company issues and boost revenue.

As the CEO of Start with NFT, my aim is to help firms and individuals understand and utilize cutting-edge technologies. I strongly believe that education is critical. It is my mission to give everybody the data they need to excel in the NFT industry.

How have the pandemic and Lockdown affected you or your new business?

The pandemic has been a challenging time for businesses all over the world. However, we’ve been fortunate enough to continue operating throughout the lockdown period. We believe that the NFT space is ripe with opportunity, and we’ve been working hard to help our clients take advantage of it.

However, we did see a decrease in demand for our services as many businesses were forced to cut back on their spending. Because of this, we’ve been focused on diversifying our offerings and expanding our training courses.

What are you learning now? Why is that important?

I’m always learning new things, but one of the most important things I’ve learned recently is the importance of adaptability. The pandemic has been a tough time for businesses, but the ones that have been able to adapt and change their offerings have been the most successful.

As the CEO of Start with NFT, it’s my job to make sure that we’re always ahead of the curve. I need to be able to anticipate changes in the market and adjust our offerings accordingly. That’s why I’m constantly learning about new technologies and trends. It’s the only way we can ensure that we’re providing our clients with the best possible service.

Tell us a little bit about your marketing process, what has been the most successful form of marketing for you?

We believe that education is the best form of marketing. By providing our clients with the knowledge they need to succeed, we’re able to build long-term relationships with them. We want our clients to think of us as trusted advisors, and we believe that the best way to achieve this is by providing value-added services.

In addition to our educational offerings, we also use a variety of traditional marketing methods, such as online advertising and PR. However, we believe that the most important thing is to provide our clients with the information they need to make informed decisions about their businesses.

What were the top three mistakes you made starting your business, and what did you learn from them? 

  • I didn’t focus enough on my target market. When I first started my business, I was trying to appeal to everybody. I quickly learned that it’s much more effective to focus on a specific target market and tailor your offerings to them.
  • I didn’t know how to delegate. As a result, I ended up doing a lot of work that could have been easily delegated to someone else. I learned that it’s important to build a team of people who are experts in their respective fields.
  • I was too hesitant to take risks. I’ve since learned that taking calculated risks is essential for any business owner. Sometimes, you have to take a leap of faith and trust that things will work out in your favor.

Through it all, I learned that the best way to run a business is by being adaptable, taking risks, and surrounding myself with people who are experts in their field.

Once I began to realize and started implementing these things, my business started to take off.

What have been your biggest challenges and how did you overcome them?

My biggest challenge has been to keep up with the rapidly changing landscape of the NFT industry. It’s a constantly evolving space, and it can be difficult to keep up with all of the new developments.

In order to stay ahead of the curve, I make it a point to educate myself on all of the latest trends and technologies. I also surround myself with people who are experts in the field. By doing this, I’m able to stay up-to-date on all of the latest changes and ensure that my business is always ahead of the curve.

What helps you stay driven and motivated to keep going in your business?

My team is a big part of what motivates me to keep going. I’m constantly inspired by their dedication and commitment to our clients. They push me to be better every day, and I’m grateful to have them by my side.

In addition, I’m motivated by the knowledge that we’re making a difference in the lives of our clients. We’re helping them to navigate the ever-changing landscape of the NFT industry and empowering them to take advantage of all of the opportunities that it has to offer.

What’s a productivity tip you swear by?

I believe that the best way to be productive is to have a clean and organized workspace. When my desk is cluttered, I find it difficult to focus on my work. However, when everything is in its place, I’m able to get down to business and be as productive as possible.

In addition, I like to set aside specific times for different tasks. For example, I’ll dedicate an hour to answering emails, a couple of hours to working on new content, and so on. This allows me to focus on one task at a time and avoid getting overwhelmed.

What would you say are the top 3 skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur, and why?

  • The ability to adapt: The landscape of the business world is constantly changing, and entrepreneurs need to be able to change with it. Those who are unable to adapt will quickly fall behind.
  • The willingness to take risks: Entrepreneurship is all about taking risks. If you’re not willing to take a few risks, you’ll never be able to achieve your full potential.
  • The ability to surround yourself with experts: No entrepreneur can succeed on their own. It’s important to build a team of people who are experts in their respective fields. This will allow you to delegate tasks and focus on the areas of your business that need your attention the most.

If you started your business again, what things would you do differently?

There are a few things I would do differently if I started my business again.

  • I would delegate tasks more efficiently. In the early days of my business, I tried to do everything myself. This led to me feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. I’ve since learned that it’s important to delegate tasks to other people so that you can focus on the areas of your business that need your attention the most.
  • I would take more time to plan and strategize. In the early days of my business, I was so focused on getting things up and running that I didn’t take the time to properly plan and strategize. This led to a lot of trial and error, which could have been avoided if I had taken the time to develop a solid plan from the start.
  • I would focus on building a strong team. As I mentioned before, no entrepreneur can succeed on their own. It’s so important to build a team of people who you can rely on and who are experts in their respective fields. By doing this, you’ll be able to delegate tasks and focus on the areas of your business that need your attention the most.

If you only had $1000 dollars to start a new business, knowing everything you know now, how would you spend it? 

If I only had $1000 to start a new business, I would spend it on the following:

  • Hiring a Virtual Assistant: A Virtual Assistant can help with a variety of tasks, from social media marketing to customer service. This would free up my time so that I could focus on other aspects of my business.
  • Investing in quality resources: There are a lot of free resources available online, but sometimes it’s worth investing in quality resources. This could include books, online courses, or even hiring a business coach.
  • Advertising: I would spend some of my budget on advertising, specifically on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. This would help to get my business in front of potential customers.

What valuable advice would you give new entrepreneurs starting out?

There are a few pieces of advice that I would give to new entrepreneurs starting out:

  • Believe in yourself: Starting a business can be a daunting task, but it’s important to believe in yourself. If you don’t believe in your ability to succeed, no one else will.
  • Be prepared to work hard: Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. You need to be prepared to work hard and long hours. There will be times when you feel like giving up, but it’s important to push through and keep going.
  • Surround yourself with a strong support network: As I mentioned before, no entrepreneur can succeed on their own. It’s so important to have a strong support network of family, friends, and mentors who believe in you and your business. This will help you through the tough times and keep you motivated.
