What would you say are the top 3 skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?

I believe these top 3 skills are: creative thinking, curiosity, and optimism.

Creative thinking is the stepping stone that helps entrepreneurs build their brands. They need to have nimble mindsets and solve complex problems.

Curiosity is what allows us to pursue our interests. Startup owners are life-long learners and they always look for ways to improve themselves. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Bill Gates are a model of optimism. They evangelize for a better world and encourage positive thinking. Cultivate gratitude, optimism is always contagious.

What are your plans for the future and how do you plan to grow your company?

I’m honored that I’ve launched my website and got desired success. I’ve raised my chances of success and started with a market. I’ve worked 16 hours a day in the last 7 years. Working hard is a proven success formula to make a blast in the online market. When I started getting exposure, I’ve used my long-term marketing plan to become successful in many areas. My clients accomplish record-breaking success and I’m interviewed by TV channels, radio shows, and podcast episodes on topics related to social media marketing and digital transformation.

I spend time working on creating new opportunities and constantly focus on improving my results. I create a roadmap with my team, building accountability and transparency around the plans and expected results. I’ve joined many speakers bureaus and I’m due to speak at more conferences, business schools, and corporate meetings. My results have always exceeded expectations. Across the globe, I make marketing more human and deliver powerful results.

How do you separate yourself from the competitors?

There is a quote by Albert Einstein that says

‘’The person who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The person who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever seen before.’’

I always believe in creating my path. I enjoy marching to a different drummer and following my passion. These are the traits that separate me from the competitors: the nimble mindset, industriousness, curiosity, self-confidence, empathy, optimism, giving back, resilience, and creativity.

I built a strong work ethic that allowed me to build a huge following, win over 200 awards, become a speaker at global agencies, and become a professor at top business schools. I built independence and responsibility for getting things done, leading by example. I always start new hobbies and pursue interests, being a lifelong learner at heart. I believe in myself which is a cornerstone for a successful life. Being successful is all about having faith in my abilities. I understand the importance of empathy and positive connections. Furthermore, I share positive stories and inspirational talks with my audiences. Giving back plays a big role in my success. Everyone should understand the importance of corporate social responsibility.

Authenticity has been instrumental in my success. I’m proud of my real followers, retweets, likes, and appreciations. I’ve started my journey with 0 followers and built my audiences by leaps and bounds through sleepless nights, persistence, and self-motivation.

Tell us a little about your marketing process? What has been the most successful form of marketing for you?

I’m in the marketing and branding business, whereas 99% of people focus on sales on social media. I’ve built my brand and the market came to me. My personal brand is one of the most sought-after and fastest-growing personal brands worldwide. I’ve established my presence across the major social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, etc. I’ve immediately taken action and fired on all cylinders. I put out 100 pieces of content across 10-15 social media networks that dominate the screen. My results have always spoken for themselves.

What are top 3 online tools and resources you’re currently using to growing company?

The top 3 online networks that built my brands are: Twitter, Linkedin, and Instagram.

  • Your tweets should be informative, entertaining, and inspiring. Use proper hashtags to increase reach and engagement. The right strategy can make your content trending. Keep your followers up to date on your interviews and appearances. Always be willing to retweet the right people.
  • Linkedin is a top platform to reach the global business elite. More than 645 million people use Linkedin, 50% of B2B web traffic originating from social media comes from Linkedin. Position yourself as an expert by sharing and publishing content. Showcase your products, events, services, and drive links to your website. Grow your influence and number of Linkedin followers is essential to the visibility of your website. Be consistent and use analytics to improve your results.
  • Instagram can help you increase product sales, grow traffic to your website, and skyrocket brand awareness. Reach new audiences by using targeted hashtags. Maximize your success by using Stories. Having a clear visual strategy is key to standing out and creative content helps you boost your performance.

Can you recommend one book, one podcast, or one online course for entrepreneurs?

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is one of my favorite business books, which inspires readers to be in love with their entrepreneurial journey. Become the expert in one narrow focus. What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. Make a plan and work the plan. Take massive action, be persistent, and never give up.

What helps you stay driven and motivated to keep going in your business?

There is a great quote by Nelson Mandela that says

‘’After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.’’

It’s never about talent, it’s always about who is hungrier. What matters is to enjoy the process and try to be a better person than before. The more you practice, the better your success.

I’m 100% focused on what I’m doing. My results have taken hard work and pure dedication. Success is a way of life. I’m fortunate to do what I love and my passion allows me to produce great results.

Constantly explore new things. Get more done. Learn persuasiveness skills. A true entrepreneur knows that nothing just comes to you; you have to go out into the world and earn it yourself. Self-education allows you to maintain momentum and keep progressing. The most successful businesses are formed over long periods of sustained hard work.

What valuable advice would you give new entrepreneurs starting out?

Have a clear vision for what you want to achieve. Do your best to build your presence across all social media channels. Always stay outside your comfort zone and be passionate about what you do. Go for your dreams, explore new things, choose happiness, and live without limits.

What is your definition of success?

My definition of success is to be happy and to do what you love. Living your life on your terms is the ultimate success. Confidence and hard work always earn you success. It’s always a process to enjoy. Success may seem easy for many, but nobody knows how much effort and persistence are behind achievements. Positive thinking always plays a big role in triumph.
